Instead of a top down approach where you start out by talking about a problem we take a bottom up approach and start with energy work. You’ll get to relax and tune into your breath while I do 10 minute energetic body scan. I’ll let you know what comes up for me. Its usually a mix of physical sensations, feelings, words, or phrases. We use whats resonates most for you as the jumping off point to talk through the issue.
This means you can get to the blindspots faster and heal them quicker
You’ll leave each session with actionable steps and the confidence to take them

4 - 1 hour sessions per month
Unlimited text/voice note support
The first session is on Zoom, subsequent sessions will be phone calls
